I was looking for a flat in Business Bay, I found an Ad on Property Finder, when I called the agent at the time was driving, so he promised to call me back, after a few hours I was losing hope, but then he texted me on WhatsApp saying that the apt was available for viewing. The following Monday I met him, viewed the apt, and signed all the papers within the day, not just because the apt was good but also because of the agent ( Mehroz Majeed) he delivered security, he was very polite and always helpful. He answered all my questions and also helped me to go through the process, and now after a week of moving in, he still answering my questions regarding building matters, not many agents do that (I already recommended him to a friend). This is the first time in my life that I think that the agency fee is worth it.
