Our suggestion might irritate our readers initially. Business Bay has got several hotel apartments on their offer list that even come tagged with a price lower than AED 1 million. You must be screaming why then?
Simple and straightforward answer— You cannot profit much from these types of hotel apartment investments. It is most probably not the best choice for taking home a good ROI figure.
The hotel and resort typically have their own property management setup, so there is not much freedom for you in this collaboration. It is the hotel’s team that will do the property marketing and also host your tenants (guests). The share split ratio ruins your revenue-generating scopes. You will have to stay satisfied with a meager percentage of the deal.
