DAMAC Islands is launched in numerous sub-communities (e.g., Costa Brava, Malta, Portofino), not one single Phase 2. New sub-phases are launched periodically by DAMAC Properties. There isn't one fixed Phase 2 launch date. Check APIL Properties or DAMAC for announcements on the latest phase launches.
