The Al Furjan community location is strategically placed close to major highways in Dubai. Both the Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road are connected to key destinations in the city. Additionally, the area is close to Al Maktoum International Airport making travels around Dubai and outside the country relatively easy.
Transportation
The community has its own Al Furjan Metro Station, which is highly convenient to its residents who rely on public transport. Moreover, they can even go to the nearby Dubai Marina for other metro stations or to the bus stations in Dubai Investment Park. This is one of the key features in Al Furjan, which makes it desirable to professionals and families alike.
Future Plans
The community is expected to continue with its ongoing developments like Murooj Al Furjan townhouses and Tilal Al Furjan. Murooj is in its final stages, while Tilal Al Furjan is still at most 76% completed. Meanwhile, off-plan apartment buildings will also continue with its construction. Additionally, similar to the price appreciation of Murooj villas from AED 2.9 million to AED 3.3 million, we expect to see more development and growth in the Al Furjan community in the following years.
