Sobha Hartland 2 masterplan encompasses 5-6 bedroom villas and 1-4 bedroom apartments, parks, landscaped greenery, green alleys etc. The Southern part of the community nestles 10 40-story skyscrapers housing apartments overlooking a large lagoon, at the end of which are two clusters of gigantic skyscrapers.
The northern half of the community is a villa-exclusive sub community, with 2 sub-communities. Sobha The Mansion is in its planning phase and Sobha Estates, including three clusters of villas, is under-development.
