Provisional approval

Filled-out pre-application form

Architectural drawing showing the proposed changes or expansion with estimated area calculations

Copy of title deed, property owner’s passport, plot affection plan, and SPA

Copy of Villa Extension Guidelines and Procedures with signature

If applicable, a No Objection Certificate or NOC from the mortgage financier

For leased properties, an NOC from the landlord and copy of the renter’s passport

Contractor’s information (if already selected) along with a copy of their licenses

Proposed site plan, floor plan, and elevation with all necessary information
